Countdown Timer in Elements 2020? (For Exercise Videos!)

Is there anyway to add a countdown timer to videos in Elements 2020? Like a timer that is running while you are doing exercises to show how much time you have left! Thanks so much for your help!

That's not a feature in Premiere Elements.
