Hi

For some reason my mostly used transition Cross Dissolve doesn't work with HEVC source files.  Other transitions seems to be OK. I’ve checked a few of them. I have to use Cross Dissolve with my project. Source file come from GoPro camera.

Is it a bug in the program?

Does it look any different when you render the timeline?

Thanks for reply.

No. It is still the same after rendering. I have x264 clips in the same project and Cross and Film Dissolve work there.

I've tried to use that automatic chat but I got "We didn't find a supported product in your account."

Of course I have Premiere Elements registered at my account.

That problem hasn't been solved yet. I contacted support but they were useless. I sent them the link from the first post and the guy tried to convince me that the transition works but I can’t see it since there is little change between two adjacent clips…. Joke!

There is issue with HEVC files at least on my computer. I have it when working with 1080 files. It is better (but still there) when working with 4K
