Elements 13 not working in windows 11

I have just installed Windows 11.

I have succesfully installed Premiere Elements 13  but I cannot get it to work.

I click on New Project and it asks me to sign in, which I do, but then I get no further as the program doesn't open.

In an effort to keep its users on more current versions of their programs, Adobe will no longer activate older versions of the program.

Thanks for your reply.

I am very disappointed as I have used Premiere Elements for years. It is so frustrating that it is installed on my PC but Adobe won't let me use it. That doesn't seem right. I will have to look for a another video editor that doesn't have any restrictions.

Thanks for the advice. I uninstalled and reinstalled the program.

The installation was successful but every time I try to open the program it wants me to sign in and receive a code, which I enter. I'm just going round in circles.
