Export project in PE 2021 to a file that can be burned to a Blu Ray Disc

I have PE 15 and have an option to burn my project woth menue/submenues directly to BD disc or create ISO file and burn disc later using another software (I use BurnAware free software). I assune that 2021 package is more sofisticated than 2015. I also know that can't burn BD directly from PE 2021.

Which options do I have to eventually burn my project to BD disc in PE 2021?

I do not mind to use another software to do it if the project output file in PE 2021 is compatible with it.

You will need to output your video from Premiere Elements 2020 as a 1920x1080 MP4 and use a third-party program to burn that file as a BluRay disc. Unfortunately, it's no longer easy to find third-party BluRay authoring programs, so you may have to hunt.

As far as I know (I only do DVD) that will only be the video... you must find/buy an authoring program to do the menu

I have NO idea if either of these programs do BD, so take a look and find out

TMPGEnc Authoring Works 6 - The Ultimate DVD / Blu-ray / AVCHD Authoring Tool - Pegasys Inc.

You can export with the Bluray preset in the Advanced Settings. This will give you 2 files (video and audio)

Above program will burn these files to a BD disk or iso without re-encoding.

It will also not have any menus.

If you want your BluRay to have menus and scenes, you need to use a BluRay authoring program. There aren't many left. Here are a few. None are as powerful of the old Encore and DVD Architect apps.

Do you mean that MP4 file that I export from PE 2021 will contain the project menu, but I need another software (you mentioned DVDFab Blu-ray  Creator) to create ISO file and/or burn BD disc.

As you have been told, the option to create a BluRay has been removed from 2021

You may create a DVD, not a BluRay

You may export a BluRay compliant video file... without a menu... to then use that file in a BluRay authoring program

OK. I can can create a project in HD or UHD format in PE 2021, but I do not need to create a menu since it won't be a part of exported MP4 file. I need to use anther software to add menu and create BD ISO file or burn BD disc.

It is just unbelivable how stupid Adobe management is depriving millions of users of creating Bluray ISO or burn BD disc. Low quality absolete DVD is OK, but a loud 'NO' to a new technology.

I am going to GUESS that Adobe did not want to pay the fee to be allowed to create a Blu Ray so had to remove the function from PrElements https://blu-raydisc.info/

Similar to the reason Encore stopped at version CS6 - the license was removed by the owner

As of today, Adobe stock costs $490.11 a share. Not a poor company. Definitely can afford a Blu-Ray license.

Greedy bastards do not care about their users. What is the reason for me to upgrade from PE 15 to PE  2021 if I can create a full projevt with a menu, export the project as BD ISO file or burn BD disc and can't do it in the software that is the latest and supposed to be more advanced release of PE?

It may be time to shop for another video editing software that incorporates all  Blu-Ray related stuff....

Will video and audio files generated in PE 2021 for my project contain the Menu I've created while working on the project?

I want to be sure that the BD ISO file or BD disc will contain all components of the project as an output when I use Pegasis software you recommended.

No just the files. You make a menu in the authoring software.
