If I would like to utilize GPU acceleration function in Premiler Elements 2024, which one is better  intel core i5 UHD 770 or AMD Ryzen 5 8600G? I know Nvidia Graphics Card works better but it costs a lot.

FWIW GPU acceleration in Premiere Elements doesn't much affect how quickly or efficiently the program edits video. GPU acceleration only affects how the timeline handles rendered and unrendered video (unlike pro editors). So you're not going to see a dramatic boost in performance no matter which you choose.

My experience is exactly what Steve explains.  For Premiere Elements, spending on a better CPU and an SSD will be the best way to improve performance.  Be careful of i5 CPUs if you intend to do more than simple editing of lower quality clips.   If you plan on editing 4K and using effects, an i5 will probably be disappointing. Premiere Pro does a much better job of taking advantage of a GPU.

I believe Bill mean "spending on a better CPU". And I agree.

Many thanks for your supports. I will re-consider downgrading CPU and investing on GPU (Anyhow now I have to think about the Intel problems).

Thank you Steve for finding my typo.  I have edited a correction to "CPU" so any future readers will not be confused.
