I have Elements 15 and I was wondering how to move a gif with it's animation from across the screen (left side to right side / up and down) while your main video source is playing. Thank you!

I try to research these types of things but I get are the od Element videos.

You can't use an animated GIF as media in a Premiere Elements project.

You can animate a graphic to move across the screen using keyframes.

However, your original question asked if the animated GIF will be animated when you add it to Premiere Elements. It will not.
