How to Remove Fade from a Default Text Frame

I'm building a video. I have several default text frames in which I have right-clicked and then clicked "Fade in and fade out video". I now need to use time stretch to increase the text box duration. How can I do that and maintain the fade in and fade out characteristic? Alternatively, how can I remove the Fade from the text frame?

Note: This is my first post. I'm unsure which topic this question should be in.

Thanks in advance.
