I purchased the full version and put in the serial number - but the watermark is still there.  How do I remove it?

Thank you.

Hi jenij,

Thanks for posting in Adobe forums.

I understand you are facing issue with watermarks in Adobe Elements.

Can we follow the following steps:

- Open Adobe Premiere Elements

- Click "Timeline"

- Click "Delete Rendered Files for All Projects"

- Click "Render Work Area"

- Click "Export & Share"

- Check the output of your project & it should work.

Thanks

Regards

I haven't done this for awhile, but my understanding is that all rendered copies will have the watermark until you buy the licence.  Then, once, registered you re-render your project(s) and the "new" copy will be free of watermarks.

Thank you.  I didn't understand what that meant before.  I saved it as a new file and it worked.

This is not working for me, no matter how many times I have tried it. I have restarted the project, I have removed the videos and re-added them, I have tried many different videos. Always the same result. I just cannot get rid of the watermark. I paid for the full version after I started the trial version, yet I still get the prompt to buy the full version every time I run the app. Please help me, this is getting annoying.

AllenChartier,

List your steps and post some screen shots.  The watermark does go away.  You may be doing something out of sequence.

Thanks for providing the information I was looking for prior ro registering. I've spnet 15 hrs or so putting together some "test" videos that, when finished were good. Would hate to have to recreate all that work and since if I have understood it correctly, once registered I just re-render the project and the watermark will go away so I might continue.
