First time doing this, I went ahead and bought a DVD Player to download Adobe Premeire 2019. I got this back then as a gift but didn't have the hardware to install it yet. Fast forward to now I am a trying to install the program but I keep getting looped when it's signing me in.

I already have another browser with my account logged in, but now I am in this endless circle loop trying to sign in.

I don't know if its because its an old program that is why it's looping, just want to know if I can do something about it.

I don't know what you mean by being "looped".

If you got it on a disc, it is probably Premiere Elements, not Premiere Pro.   Premiere Pro has been only available as part of the Creative Cloud subscription since about 2012.

Premier Elements is updated every year.  Except for forums, there is little to no product support back two releases.    If in fact you have Premiere Elements 2019, it may too old to be practical.

To touch back on Element 2019, there isn't any use of this program anymore? What should I do with it?

If you are interested in an updated version, there is a reduced price if you have the serial number from an older version.  Other than that, I don't think there is no reason to save the box or disk.

Thank you so much for that. I had to look at the box and yes it is labled, "Adobe Premiere Elements 2019".
Dang well atleast I know now.

The looped I mentioned is when I signing in. After I clicked login with Google it will just have a loading screen that would just loop. I remember sitting for 10 minutes and I still wasn't logged in.
