When I add iPhone photos to premier elements they arrive upsidedown.   I often add them to the end of a family movie I am making. But only the photos from iPhone become upsidedown.    I then have to manually select each one separately  and turn left or right till facing up.  Very annoying when adding many photos.   What ami doing wrong.  Help thanks

Which version of the program are you using on what operating system? Which app are you using and what resolution are you shooting your photos at?

If you're using the current version of Premiere Elements, it should have no problems with HEVC photos. Though it is possible newer iPhones are shooting at a resolution that's somehow overwhelming the program or your system.

Can you attach a sample of a photo that's giving you problems to your next response so we can see if we get the same results?

Steve is right that it should work.

That said, I've had the same issue, but randomly.   It seems that phones can be held in so many positions that the "right side up" signal can be wrong making rotation necessary.
