Is Premier Elements 15 Cinematic Widescreen Capable?

Does anyone know if Premier Elements 15 has a setting for cinematic widescreen beyond 16 X 9? The video imports fine, but pan and zoom only applies to 16:9, unless there's a way to change the settings that I'm not seeing. Thanks

Premiere Elements is only capable of 16:9 widescreen.
