Hello,
I import a vidéo from my iphone, in format mov, in adobre premiere element 2020 (with windows 10) and i have a big image latency. My vidéo are in 60 fps but the we have the impression that is in 5 fps.
Same effect when i export the vidéo.
I searched but i don't know what to do.
Thanks in advance,
Kévin

What is inside the MOV file? Can you use the program MediaInfo and post it? What are your project settings and how did you set them? What are your computer specifications? Would you share a clip via DropBox or similar?

If the footage is variable framerate convert to constant framerate with Handbrake before bringing into the program.

You are also shooting in HEVC at a high frame rate. That may be more than you computer can do.
There are other very high quality settings you can use on an iPhone.

I dont think 11,5 Mb/s is very high. I find it actually quit low.

Ann,
There have been posts here that suggest PrE has trouble with HEVC at 60 FPS. Frame rate, not bit rate.

Hi @Kévin5C79,
Can you please share the machine details on which you are facing the above mentioned issue? Also, if possible, please share a sample file as well.
