Official Premiere Elements 2024 does not see the plug-in Logarist correctly installed on Mac Sonoma

I have the official Premiere Elements 2024 installed for Mac.

I've downloaded the plug-in Logarist, and installed it on my Macbook Pro (Sonoma).

But I can not see the plugin in the corresponding effect menu on Elements 2024 (it should appear in color correction).

The files containing Logarist are properly installed in the described library folders.

Can anybody help me to solve the problem?
