Photo Editor with APE 2023 has stopped loading

Title about says it all. Adobe Premiere Elements, photo editor no longer responds. How can I restore or fix or whatever to make it work again. Thanks

Premiere Elements is a video editor. It sounds like you're working with Photoshop Elements.

If so, what are you doing and what's not happening? It might also help to know what operating system you're using and it if used to work but suddenly stopped.
