When I shut down Premiere Elements 15, the hour spins for a few seconds after the program closes and I get an error in the windows 10 log that says Premiere Elements 15 stopped working.

Has anyone seen this before?

Did a quick test today - just opening project, made two splits and deleted and removed hole and saved and exited.
No crash.
But viewing log there is a crash file from Premiere that might be of interest for the crash I had.
Seemed extensive with stack info and stuff.
But don't know where to post such long files?
That previous above was only from event viewer in windows.

Exactly the same I've got - not while running, just when exiting.
So I think Adobe need a report on this - but don't know how to report - even asked the question earlier without respone.
I will try and repeat, but basically I just cut out some video and deleted hole, and I also have some still images last.
Just the very first attempt, so nothing lost of value - but would be good if attended to by Adobe.

Slightly different version of my MSVCRT120, but sure it's same error since just 0x10 bytes offset away.
So not dependent on redistributable, as I see it.
Plausible cause destructor in editor cleaning up resources using an invalid pointer to an object.
