Premiere Elements 2024 just will not work!

Is anyone else out there having serious problems with Premiere Elements 2024. I have been using the 2021 version for years and it was great but with the new features arriving in newer versions I thought it would be worth upgrading. 

I downloaded it and tried to use it but it keeps crashing, or else not importing files or something else.

It has been like this for almost a year.

Any ideas?

Also, where did you get a copy of version 2024? Adobe is very strict about making sure that only the current version of the program is available for purchase. The current version is 2025.

OP did download 2024 a year ago......
