Problem in using 'Guided Edits' and editing 'text' in Premiere Elements 2025

I have just bought the Premiere Elements 2025. I am not able to use any of the features in the 'Guided Edits' section (text, video transition etc). Besides, I am not able to edit any 'Text' that I want on the video even with 'Quick edits' or 'Advanced Edits'.

If it were me, and without knowing more, I would uninstall and reinstall.  It doesn't seem like all the parts installed.
