Problemas con el Adobe premiuere 2024.. (error importermpg 39)

Me sale un error cuando abro premiere 2024, y el siguient es: error importermpg 39.

Me podrian decir cual es la solucion y por que sucede esto. Inclusive me salta el error y se me cierra el programa

Can you provide more information about the computer you are using and the source of the footage?  What is the frame rate of the footage?
