Téléphone Galaxie S24 + Première Éléments 2018 = échec

Bonjour

 

Depuis peu j'ai un nouveau téléphone Galaxie S24 et lorsque je veux ajouter la vidéo à Première Elements 2018 il n'y a que le son qui se télécharge.

Si je télécharge une vidéo que j'ai pris avec mon vieux téléphone qui datait de 2017 tout fonctionne.

 

Que dois-je faire pour que Première Éléments 2018 affiche ma vidéo avec les images et non pas seulement le son ?

You new phone is probably recording using the HEVC (or H.265) codec.  Change your phone's settings to "H.264 Most Compatable".   Open the camera app on your phone, press the settings button and look for Advanced Video Options.
