Trouble exporting project to ISO image

Hello.  I am trying to export a large project to an ISO file so I can burn it to a DVD.  The project is about 4 hours long and I have made a DVD menu.  For some reason, when the export process is going, it always gets stuck at 89 percent.  I have left the project open for many hours and the progress bar does not move an inch.  Everytime I retry the export, the same thing happens.  It goes to 89 percent and never goes any further.  Is there a solution to this problem I should try?  I've considered trying to move the project and all it's contents to another computer and try the export there, but if there is an easier solution, I'd like to try that first.  Thank you for your time!

Just thought I should give a quick update on my situation.  It turned out there was one corrupt video in the project that was causing problems.  So I deleted it and replaced it with a non corrupt copy of the same video and that fixed the problem.  I hope this information can be helpful for anyone else who runs into this issue.

Premiere Elements is pretty limited when it comes to producing DVDs and ISO files. You can get about 70 minutes on a DVD and about twice that on a dual layer disc -- but 4 hours is probably way beyond what it can compress to a disc.

I have made DVDS that long on a dual layer disc before though.  So it should work this time.
