Recently upgraded my Windows 11 PC. Trying to reinstall my P/Elements 15. I get to this point:
I've checked I have my correct S/N yet I get this message anyway. My software is not installed on any other computers. I have in the past reinstalled the software a couple of times without any problem. Possibly Adobe uses these as cumulative previous installations thus telling me I have the maximum number of installed uses. I've replaced my motherboard so maybe that is what is causing a mix up? I've tried quite a few installations going about it in different ways, all failed. Tried to install it from my disc as well as directly from the Adobe download site. Will appreciate any help on getting this Program up and working...Thanks

Thank you John. I finallly found a phone number to call Adobe directly. The agent was able to reset the number of installations quickly and easily. No problem at all once I knew what was going on and what to ask for. your solution worked great, Thanks again
