Hi, just updated Adobe premiere elements and now have a green screen with lines in it for the video editor preview screen?

The video drivers are all updated and this makes no difference. The roll back driver button is greyed out so i cant do that either.

I just installed the lastest windows update - no difference.

Any ideas the software is now unusable

I moved your post over from the poorly named "Using the Community" forum, which is for getting help using this forum system, to a better forum.

I hope this helps. Best of luck to you.

Which video card do you have, where did you get the updates from and what is the date on them?

Since you've recently updated to a current version you have access to online support 'chats' with Adobe technitions.  They should be able to fix it.   Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html.  There is a shortcut for starting chat session in the lower right corner.

I gave the tech guy access to my laptop so i can't explain it fully. I do know that he used the Nvidia control panel under 3d settings to give premiere access to the graphics card or similar???
