Video Editor workspace doesn't load

Premiere Elements (Windows,EN) 2022, Video Editor will not load. Gets as for as

Loading player media core and stops there.

W10, I a lot of memory.

You need to provide details for anyone to help

Exact version of the operating system

Exact Premiere Elements version (any updates applied?)
CPU brand and model and clock speed
Amount of computer memory (RAM)
Video adapter brand and model and driver version and amount of video ram
Number and size and type of hard drives

Do not count on Windows to be fully up to date when it comes to device drivers
Go to the vendor site to be sure you have an updated driver for your graphic adapter
nVidia Driver Downloads https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
-for Premiere Pro (and MAYBE Premiere Elements) use the STUDIO driver, not the GAMING driver
If you have a laptop you MAY also need to check for a laptop specific nVidia driver
AMD/ATI Driver https://www.amd.com/en/support
Intel https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/211969/Intel-HD-Graphics-Family
There are also intermittent reports that the newest driver is not always the best driver due to driver bugs or compatibility issues, so you MAY need to try an earlier driver version

I don't know what John is going to do with all that data! And, I don't think it is a universal bug. However, Adobe does have a "helpx" page on how you might be able to fix it. https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-elements/kb/playermediacore-loading-issue.html

I will just wait until the bug is fixed. Had I read and saw that it is a
new product I would have waited until it had been out a year to purchase
it. I normally do that with all of my software and it seems to ease the
frustration a lot.

Thanks to all.

Consider this problem solved. I will probably be back when the software is
a year old.
