Everytime I edit a video on Premiere Elements 2019, it takes up storage space on my pc. It shouldn't though. The video I'm editing is on an external hard drive, with the edited video also going to the hard drive. It's small, only like 300 mb, but if I make a lot of videos that could be a problem. Is there anyplace where video data is stored on the computer? And how do delete the data?

There are certain render files you'll probably want to keep on your computer until you're done with a project. Otherwise, have you tried clearing your media cache?

What directory folder are these 300 meg files being saved to?
