Short answer: no.
Not sure if this is going to work but,
you could export to mpeg2 422 (advanced settings) interlaced and convert with Shutter encoder.

Can you add a little more about what you are trying to do?

I can.
I need to send video files to a broadcast station.
they said to send mxf format (XDCAM HD422) format files.
new to me. mp4 I understand. my switcher can accept them, but I don't know if it can output them.
pe denies me dropping a mxf format file onto the assets, so if any files are mxf format, pe can not accept them. vegas can.it just needs tham converted. I guess that applies to pe too.
elements will accept my recordings from the switcher, but I do not know what it will output.

I looked to see if I could find an export preset for XDCAM choices. As Ann said, the short answer is not it is not there. I looked in the more advanced Premiere Pro and there are several XDCAM preset choices. As Ann has already suggested, you need a converter or different editing software.
In today's world, I can't imagine a TV studio that can't take viewer submited footage. If it were me, I would ask the TV studio for other options. Sorry I couldn;t find a way to make Premiere Elements work for you.

Best is to stick to Vegas, Elements is not the tool for broadcast.
