I can't think of anything that would prevent the 3 dot menu from appearing.

For any odd problem, I reset Workspace and then Preferences.

See this, including the cautions about losing custom settings:

Yup this is happening to me, too since the new update! My filter button is not working either with text-based editing!

Sorry; I missed that this was the Beta forum.  What builds are you on?

Updated to Beta 24.6.0 build 72 (from 55). Win 10.

Agree: 3 dots menu does not work in any condition (source vs sequence view and transcript/captions/graphics tab). You can see it turn blue when it should work.

Same for Filter; turns blue but does not work.

Reset preferences/cleared cache and created new project before testing.

Was the fix released? I just updated to the version released today and I'm still having the issue!

The Beta I just installed is Build 74, I agree, not fixed. The fix will be in 75.

I noticed it when trying to change the speakers of a transcribed sequence.  It's not working for me in Beta Premiere or the regular Premiere Pro.

@Keekee881,

What Build of PR Beta 42.6.0? It was fixed in Build 75.

What do you see in the Release version of PR? No one has reported this issue in 124.5.0.
