When searching in explorer, audio of this clip is fine, but in sequence and sourceplayer I get this and no audio

TheoKooijmans_0-1651692759314.png

I got the same problems with v 22.3 but there was no warning!

This also causes audio loss with export.

Looks like Premiere makes a mesh with the same clipnames in different directories. (Mediacache?)

When this happend I also cleared al mediacache, and after conforming all worked fine.

But after a short while however the same error started to appear again.

It looks like it goes wrong with split files,

picture below shows one take as it's imported in Premiere (Sony card directory is copied to harddisk)

These files are ripped from a BD?

I have seen funny things with these kind of files too.

Might want to convert to Prores or something simular first.

Hi Ann,

No these files are copied from a Sony SDcard in two tested cases, from a Sony Pxw-X70 and NX5

I have just checked this problem on another system, same problem occurs,

I can try to make the SDcard content available via FTP?

This problem is related to spanned clips, so clips who are split up in segments of about 12 minutes.
