Can't rename items

I'm on PPro 22.6.0x7 (Beta) and this morning I can't rename items in the Project Panel. I click on it and wait until the name becomes highlighted (as usual), type the new name, hit enter, then the name just reverts back to its previous one. I've tried right-clicking it and choosing Rename too, but exactly the same happens. I tried quitting and relaunching PPro, but it didn't help. I'll have to go back to the public release version for now.

Reported this for build 5 but still no show in build 7.

Not for existing or new project

Not after trashing prefs and plugin cache.

@hellopaul4 Thanks for reporting this issue. It is fixed in today's build: Premiere Pro (Beta) 22.6.0 build 8.
