Exporting to Frame.io not working

New Here ,
Aug 31, 2025 Aug 31, 2025

I've been using Frame.io to upload the work in progress videos to my client and it's been working smootly so far with no issues.

Until around a week ago and it just stopped working. Whenever I would click upload active sequence and click upload to put it into frame, nothing would happen. Media Encoder wouldn't open, my project wouldn't freeze, and there isn't even an error written file on Frame like what happened when my internet gave out mid-upload.

I tried updating my Premiere Pro and my Media Encoder just for the same thing to occur, showing it's either a bug on Adobe's end that hasn't been fixed or its on my end.

If anyone can give me some insight as to why this might be happening, please let me know.

I'm currently on Media Encoder Beta v 25.6 and Premiere Pro Beta v 25.6 on MacOS Seqouia 15.6.1

Bugs in the Beta come and go. We need to know the exact build you are on. I'll test later this evening.

I am Win 11. I tested on PR Beta 25.6.0 Build 39 and then updated and tested on PR Beta 25.6.0 Build 46. On the latter, I did NOT enable the new masking feature in AME. In Build 39, the frame.io info was "v20250829 frameio-uxp_v0.0.147." When I opened in Build 46, it was .154.

In Build 46, all the panels appear to be there (legacy v3, regular v4 comment, regular v4 preview, and beta v4), but named and accessed a bit differently. The "Review" workspace loads (beta) V4 only (this is good). In Windows -> Frame.io V4 is by itself and is Beta V4. And then the other 3 are in a dropdown from Windows -> Frame.io.

As before, if you leave PR open overnight (I constantly do), you must log into frame.io. A frame.io web page opens and you log in there. You can close that web page when it says you are authenticated.

As you, I am unable to export a sequence. It just sits there with an inactive progress indicator. I WAS able to upload an asset, and this may be a workaround. I can export my sequence via PR or AME.
