JPG thumbnails not showing up in bin

JPGs brought into a bin don't show thumbnails.  But they do show in Preview window when double-clicked, and they can be brought onto the timeline and they play OK.  As this is a repeat project, JPGs previously imported in earlier builds do show up.

Thanks @MisterAdvent for the update.
We are able to duplicate this problem locally. We will look into it.

But wait!  After engaging the Lumetri panel (which I hadn't opened before in this build), I went back to that settings dialog and the option was enabled!  I turned it off and the thumbs came back.

That was confusing.

No.  In fact it's grayed out. I saw nothing about that in the Lumetri panel.

Hi @MisterAdvent,

Do you have Display Color Management (DCM) enabled?

If yes, please try disabling it once and see if this make any difference.

You need to restart Premiere once changing DCM state.

Nope, clearing cache did not help.

In another project I brought in a JPG motion sequence. The icon shows blank, but hoverscrub works!

Then I created a brand new project, and the problem still exists. https://advent1-my.sharepoint.com/:u:/g/personal/steve_adventmediainc_com/EQbEnkrEzKhNo9WnySu42cQB1qJj6sDOrsOMHChxkUlfAA?e=p7GWjs

Hi @MisterAdvent ,

Thanks for the details. Can you please try once after clearning the media cache ? You can follow this https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro-discussions/faq-how-to-clear-your-media-cache-in-premiere-pro/m-p/11017257

Thanks, Mayjain

Here are screenshots, and one of the JPGs I'm trying to import.  These JPGs were exported from Lightroom Classic after a little color work, but it does it with others straight from the camera.  JPGs that were in the projrect before this latest build are still displaying.  The JPGs open in the preview window and can be placed on the timeline.

Hi @MisterAdvent,

Sorry for the problem. Can you please share the media files/project/screenrecording of the issue ? We tested it internally and we see all JPGs thumbnails getting populated just fine. Please also share your system configuration. We would like to continue investigating it.

Thanks,
Mayjain
