Not Export Page Loading

Hi I am using the lastest version of the beta (25.4) and are unable to export anything dispite having already exported the same project about a week ago. I have attached what the export page looks like. I cannot export in media encoder either and have tried restarting everything.

Do you have the build number from the About screen. Also, Win or Mac, etc...
