Premiere Beta 25.0 Producing high contract over saturated output

Having updated a 24.5 project to Beta 25.0 the output appears very high contrast and somewhat oversaturated. This is a sequence with a clip from a Sony A7s3 4k 10 bit 4.2.0 S-Log-3 on a 4k sequence. Premiere correctly identifies the colour space and applies the correct LUT. I have tried various export presets including those for Adobe stock using both hardware and software rendering and the result is the same. I also doesn't matter if I export directly or use Media Encoder. Clip details below...
