in the beta version of Adobe Premiere 23,1,0, the following functions do not work: When adding icons , see Figure 1 , they are added, but the next time the project is loaded, they must be added again .I can output the project to h264 format , windows system does not recognize these files , see Figure 2

23.1.0 is no longer in beta.

Download the most resent public version.

but I have seen this issue too in beta but for me its fixed in 23.2
