Bug: Program Monitor not displaying footage when paused on 14.7.0.17

Major bug since today's beta update 14.7.0.17: https://streamable.com/nvr05f 

As you can see, when paused, videos and images do not display on the program monitor. It only displays when playing. Essentially, Pr Beta is unusable right now for me 😞 

 

my PC specs:

Windows 10 64 bit, Ryzen 3900x CPU, RTX 2080 Super GPU, 64GB RAM, all my storage are 2TB M.2 gen 4 SSDs. My GeForce game Ready Driver is the most recent version 457.30

This GPU issue on Windows should now be fixed in Premiere Pro 14.8 Beta build 002+, which is available for download in Creative Cloud.
