Build 36, 37 and 38

Build 36, 37 and 38 are all laggy (unusable) and unable to use mask. Program freezes on the Pentool.

This is a project used countless times in the beta.

Used to run ' bugfree' , until build 36.

Build 41 and 43 still unusable. Using too much memory.

Trying to adjust a cross dissolve.

Stopped rising after a minute.

cannot wait a minute for a simple edit.

44: memory now behaving itself.

Existing project: using masks is painful.

New project with Sample Media: masks are slow to respond or jumps from one place to another.
