Dynamic Link not working with Premier pro and After Effects Beta

I have both Premier Pro and After Effects Beta, and Dynamic Link isn't working. It keeps asking to instal AE Beta which I have done, but the issue still happens.

I'm on an M1 Mac Mini

same here,  after sending to aftr efx the clips on premiere just go black.
