Intermittent hang in Program Launch (version 15.0)

Every so often the application hangs at launch, even after restarting the computer. (See Mac version in attached screenshot).

I have also attached a screen shot of the hang. 

It seems to hand right from the get go.

After repeating various attempts, the app launches for no apparent change in the situation.
