lost visuals of sequence items

I just happend that i cannot see anything inside the sequence i am working in. i dont know what triggers that.

linked a screenshot of the sequence iam working on that shows nothing of the insrted items in the sequence but the sequence is playable .

Legend

Do you see that you have the audio tracks covering most of your timeline area? Pull those down so you see more video tracks.

And also, you are clear up to V6 as the lowest shown video track, so you probably need to scroll your video tracks down so you can see V1.
