Lumetri Scopes - Non Relative Unclamped

Please add a Non-Relative checkbox to the Lumetri scopes to make them useful for unclamped media. It's impossible to use a scope where the scale is changing. When "Clamp Signal" is unchecked, you can scrub through an unclamped clip and the IRE axis will change. This is undesireable and makes the scope unusable for many applications.
