Hi iamamongno1,
Is this still happening for you? Would you mind sharing more information?
What's your OS/GPU/GPU driver version? Does it happen to any two clips or only to specific clips? Does it constantly produce crash for you or intermittently? Does it happen if you change Project Settings / Renderer to Software Only?
Thanks,
Thomas

Same bug is happening here as well.
Crash can be reproduced constantly; everytime I try to nest two simple clips with one Morph Cut inbetween, Premiere hangs after confirming the dialogue of the naming of the nested sequence. Happens on all kind of clips. Tested with 4K h264 and 6K BRAW source clips. Switching to Software Only rendering brings no difference, unfortunately.
It works if the two clips start at the beginning of the sequence. So if there is no other clip as well as no empty space in front of the two morphed clips, nesting works as expected.
Premiere: 15.2.0
OS: macOS Big Sur 11.2.3
CPU: Intel Core i9 10900k

Same here. Windows 10, PrPro 2022. Try to nest anything with morph cut on it and PP freezes and the screen goes gray. Have to chut down and reopen the program.

I just had the same thing happen. Running Mojave and current PPro. I'm on deadline and don't have time to troubleshoot. I just wanted to rotae the two clips that are morphed together and can do that separately for each clip.

This is also happening to me. Fix it. We should be able to nest clips with morph cuts in them.

Happens to me, too. Version 15.4.0 on Mac.
Workaround is to isolate then export the clips with Morph Cut, bring them back in, then nest them.

Simpler workaround (at least for me, and it hasn't caused a crash yet):
- create nested sequence BEFORE applying any Morph Cuts
- add the Morph Cuts within the nested sequence
- go back to work on the main sequence and it should be fine

Would sure hope to get a fix soon ... thanks!
