The Media Encoder for Beta 15 did not download after the Premiere Pro Beta 15 was installed.

There was a delay in getting the 15.0 Beta of Media Encoder available in the Creative Cloud desktop application. It's there now, so in the future Media Encoder should install with Premiere Pro like normal.
