This beta is amazing but i can't open keyboard shortcuts or import settings.. the window just doesn't pop-up...

24.0 feels like date driven Beta quality 😞 Seeing Audio-Video out of sync when Exporting content for YouTube HD default settings. Bizarrely, I can export the exact same content multiple times within Premiere, and/or via Encoder and end up with different Audio-Video sync issues.

Tried working around by downgrading to 23.6 but my project won't load in that, so, am kinda stuck...
