I've been having a few bugs with premiere pro beta so I uninstalled the app from my computer (imac late 2015, monterey OS) and now it's vanished from the creative cloud. I've tried uninstalling CC, logging out, restarting my computer, and I even logged in using a different account. PREMIERE PRO BETA IS COMPELTELY GONE and I have multiple projects, missed deadlines, and I'm about to put my fist through my computer.
I apologize but the frustration is beyond me. What could possibly be the solution? It seems it's something with my computer and not the account.

@Josh3336963803h2 Please take another look. We had an issue where Premiere Pro beta was not appearing in the Beta apps section but instead, was appearing at the very bottom of the All Apps section of Creative Cloud Desktop.
That issue has now been fixed.

Fergus

Hi Fergus,
I am having the same problem. It originally PP Beta wouldn't open and after checking for updates (none) I uninstalled, with the intention of reinstalling it. But now it has completely gone from Creative Cloud. When I follow articles on the adobe website to it via a link from website to Creative Cloud app (all permissions enabled) it takes me to all apps with CC. Completely gone and no way to get to it again.
Cheers,
John

I still don't see it, either. Do we need to reinstall the CC desktop app?

Hi Fergus,
I'm tapping back into this discussion after being away. I have followed all the advice of Help and Check for Updates but no dice. Premiere Pro Beta does not show up anywhere in Creative Cloud. Not in All Apps, not in beta not in a search. It has completely disappeared from Creative Cloud.
Assistance on this is greatly appreciated as a colleague accidentally created a project we're working on together in beta as Creative Cloud defaults to using the beta apps.
Cheers,
John

Hi @Unknown user 49 - Are you on a company or education computer? I'm wondering if your system is managed by an IT person who is blocking access for you. Which version of the creative cloud desktop app do you have installed?

Hi @Josh3336963803h2 @Tim26136439z1vu - Can you please select Help within the Creative Cloud desktop app and then select "Check for updates". You should then be able to see Premiere Pro beta in the beta section of the creative cloud desktop app.

I’m on a Mac running Sonoma 14.7. I clicked on “Help” at the top of the screen (not the window) of Creative Cloud, then selected “Check for Updates”. Still no Premiere Pro Beta showing up anywhere under apps.
