Serious Audio Bug from 15.0 onwards

Steps to reproduce:

Result: Multi-Track Audio at unusual framerates does not play back correctly after PP focus is lost or PP has been running for more than couple minutes.
Expected: Audio plays correctly, as it always has done prior to PP 15.0.
