P: After UPDATE Premiere Pro 25 Transcript not working.

Transcript worked fine before updating to PP25, i was on PP 22. I read the other posts similar to mine and tried those methods (clearing cache,un/reinstalling etc) still nothing. Older projects from 22 still can transcribe but not newer. I will do captions manually if i have to even i need it fixed asap (i dont know how to do it manually). Im on mac updated to the latest

      @Shahban_S0868 I'm sorry that's happening. It might be an issue where the AI models that do the transcription are not being detected properly in the new version. Could you try these steps?

       

      1. Uninstall Premiere Pro 2024 and 2025 using the Creative Cloud Desktop application. You do not need to also remove preferences when it asks.
      2. Go to your Applications folder and check if there is any leftover folder called "Adobe Premiere Pro 2024" or "Adobe Premiere Pro 2025" and if there is, delete that folder.
      3. Reinstall Premiere Pro using the Creative Cloud app, open your project, and try your transcription again.
