Auto-captions in mutliple languages leads to hard crash

When transcribing videos in multiple languages (let's say project 1 is english, project 2 is spanish), and then getting premiere pro to create captions for either or, within the same session, leads to a hard crash, every single time.

Please fix. Thank you.

Hi @premiumleo

a few more questions:

Which version of Premiere Pro are you using?
Which hardware and software configuration do you have?
Are you generating static sequences for each language, or do you transcribe all your source clips in the specific language?

Thanks,

Kerstin

Hi, this happens with multiple sequences.

Sequence 1: English, Sequence 2: Spanish, S3: Portuguese, S4: Russian

Transcribe, then caption, at any given order, will result in a crash.

Hi @premiumleo

thank you for reporting this issue! I have a few questions:

1. Do you have multiple Premiere Pro projects open at the same time? Or do you have different sequences for each language?

2. When the crash occurs, do you see the Crash Reporter window? If yes, please fill it out and send it so that we can search for it in our data base (please let me know the email address you put in the Crash Reporter). This will help us understand why it's crashing for you.

Thanks,

Kerstin
