Can't send videos to media Encoder from Premiere pro

So, whenever I go to Export tab to send something to export in my Media Encoder, it seems to start looping consistently and it can't ever seem to bring me to the export screen. It started when I updated to Version 23.3. I would like to know if a fix will be coming anytime soon so I can export my content.
