This is the first time I've ever run into this bug. I recently edited content that I can hear just fine. When I test it in other platforms, the sound is also clear, but when I try to transcribe the audio, only a few clips show up transcribed and the rest are "no dialogue found." Additionally, my export settings have been the same for months, but for the exports uploaded today, I have no sound on TikTok. I can hear them fine on my phone, but there is no sound when uploaded. When I upload them to Capcut, they transcribe fine, but when I export the premiere pro mp4 through capcut, there is no sound when uploaded on TikTok. I uploaded on Instagram. Instagram couldn't transcribe, but the sound shows up fine.
I've restarted Premiere several times and checked to ensure it was updated. I uninstalled it and installed it again. I'm stumped and have no idea what's happening. I'm using macOS Sanoma 14.6.1, and the most updated Premiere pro. I have my Shure MV7X mic connected to my Focusrite audio interface and a cord connecting the audio interface to my Sony ZV1. I will also add that I can see the audio track, and I've tagged the audio as "dialogue." I've included a screenshot of the project where only part of the audio was transcribed. Then, there is a test where "no dialogue was found."
