Did the option to transcribe from in and out option disappear?

I just noticed that in the beginning of transcribing the point of in and out of a part of the timeline disappeared on my end after this update

I can however find it after re-transcribing the sequence and I have the option to toggle the "transcribe in point and out point only" opption

was it moved in the first go or was this a mistake?
