Dynamic link not working Adobe Premiere Pro 2024 MacOs

I was using Dynamic Link but the problem happened after I made a restore backup for the MacBook

There is no connection between Adobe programs such as Encoder, After Effects and Premiere

But Dynamic Link works smoothly with Premiere Pro and Audition only

    What versions of PPro, AE, and AME were in the restore files? 
    What versions were installed, when the backup was made?

    The problem occurred after restoring the backup
    The backup is intact and has no problems
